Do Your Research 

This may seem like an obvious point, but many people let excitement get the best of them and don’t properly prepare/do their research before moving out. When you want to be 100% certain that you make the right decision, doing research on moving techniques, different priced houses, certain locations, etc. is the best way to do so. Create a list of offers you’re interested in, then go through them and find the pros and cons. Each home/apartment/condo will have a number of different features (or lack thereof), and you want to be certain you find the perfect place for your needs.
